“British Woman in 20s Raped in Broad Daylight Hate Crime”

In a disturbing incident, a young British woman in her 20s was reportedly raped by two men in the Tame Road area of Oldbury. The assault, which occurred in broad daylight on a busy road, is being investigated by West Midlands Police as a racially aggravated attack.

During the assault, the perpetrators allegedly made a racist remark towards the victim. Authorities are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward with information to aid in the investigation.

Ch Supt Kim Madill stated that intensive efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the individuals responsible. She acknowledged the concerns and distress caused by the incident and assured the community of ongoing efforts to bring the culprits to justice.

The Sikh Federation (UK) reported that the attackers verbally abused the victim, telling her to leave the country during the assault. Dabinderjit Singh from the Sikh Federation (UK) condemned the attack and highlighted the need for political leaders to denounce all forms of violent racist acts.

Gurinder Singh Josan, Labour MP for Smethwick, expressed solidarity with the victim and praised the police’s diligent investigation efforts. The incident is being treated as a hate crime, and support is being provided to the victim, who has been deeply affected by the traumatic experience.

Community cooperation, including the provision of CCTV footage and information, has been crucial in aiding the investigation.
