“Darts Champ Luke Littler Declines Jungle Challenge”

Published:

Luke Littler has made it clear that he has no intention of following his friend Angry Ginge into the jungle after the YouTuber’s recent victory on a reality TV show. Despite being one of the first to congratulate Angry Ginge, whose real name is Morgan Burtwistle, on winning I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Littler, the darts world champion, is adamant that he will not participate in any bushtucker trials.

The 18-year-old darts prodigy from Warrington has firmly rejected the idea of consuming unconventional foods like kangaroo anus or crocodile penis for the entertainment of the show’s hosts. Littler expressed his reluctance, stating that despite initially considering it for the right compensation, he now firmly believes that participating in such challenges is not something he could endure.

Reflecting on the experiences showcased on the show, Littler emphasized his aversion to being far from home, consuming unpalatable items, and enduring extreme conditions. He specifically mentioned how watching the challenges faced by other contestants, such as rapper Aitch, solidified his decision to never participate in such trials.

Burtwistle, who emerged as the victor after spending three weeks in the Australian rainforest, faced daunting challenges, including snakes and other creatures in his final bushtucker trial. Meanwhile, Littler celebrated his friend’s success in Australia by attending a Manchester United football match at Molineux Stadium with fellow fans.

During the match, Littler was spotted on TV cameras alongside Rick McGagh, the head of fan engagement at Manchester United. United’s captain, Bruno Fernandes, acknowledged Littler’s presence at the game and interacted with him on social media, symbolically appreciating his support with a darts emoji.
