Anna Kepner, who passed away recently, was initially determined to be a victim of homicide, but new developments have emerged in the investigation. The teenager’s stepbrother, with whom she shared a cabin on the cruise, is reportedly a person of interest in the murder inquiry. Anna, a resident of Titusville, Florida, was aboard the cruise with her father, stepmother, grandparents, half-brother, and stepbrother.
