The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office reported that the victims, aged eight, nine, 14, and 21, were fatally shot at a banquet hall. The shooting, believed to be targeted, occurred just before 6 pm local time on Saturday.
Law enforcement personnel are actively pursuing a suspect who remains at large.
